Application process

Indicate your intention to study abroad through our online enquiry form.

2.

The Director of International Admissons will contact you within a week with intructions on how to proceed.

3.

Application materials and method
Submit the application form, personal statement (reason for studying abroad) to Kenmei Academy.
*Please attach these files as a PDF document to your email

4.

The school will issue a provisional offer letter after reviewing your application.
* The provisional offer letter indicates further submission of documents and the payment schedule and method of the program fee

5.

Simulated Schedule and Application period

• First term (May-July)
• ・2/10 submission of application and further documents
• ・2/20 Documents screening and interview
• ・3/10 Announcement of acceptance/application results
• ・3/30 Final payment of program fee. Issuance of notice for dispatch of certificate of Admission

6.

Arrival

• Orientation and placement tests are held.
